HOW DO I HIRE PROPS FROM REAL DREAM?
Once you work out what you want to hire from our Collection, email us the items you are interested in. We will respond promptly, confirming availability for your date. To reserve and book your items, we will then issue an invoice to you and a deposit must be paid within 5 days to secure the items.

Yes. Our Minimum order amount for our small items is €150, and orders are available for pick up from our warehouse.
Yes we require a 50% deposit paid within 5 days from initial invoice issue date. Deposits are non-refundable, transferable and cannot be exchanged for a credit note. Please ensure you read full terms and conditions upon invoice issue.
Yes! We would welcome this. We are open by appointment only, so do write to arrange a convenient time to come.
We do not deliver the products, it must be picked up on the date set during business hours at our company;
The size of the transport that will collect the kit must be carefully observed to see if it has the capacity to take all the material, especially when it includes tables and panels.
The normal hiring contract is from Friday through to Sunday with return on Monday for weekend events. If you are not able to return them on the Monday we can arrange for a later return. For corporate customers, just let us know your timing requirements.
We understand accidents do happen. If something gets broken, we will let you know the amount we require to cover the breakage. It is equal to the cost of replacement value. Amount will be invoiced to customer.
